About Eagle Point Publishing

A Pacific Northwest AI-enabled marketing automation firm.

Bringing Fortune 500 capability to small and medium businesses.

Our Story

It started as a workshop. It became a family business.

Eagle Point Publishing didn’t begin as an AI-enabled marketing automation firm. It began as my workshop.

I’ve spent three decades as a technology leader, running networks, systems, and security for organizations where downtime isn’t an option. But Eagle Point was where my passion lived: building software for the joy of solving problems. Voyage Keeper, our cruising logbook app, came out of that workshop and is still in the Android App Store today. The “Publishing” in our name comes from those roots. We publish software.

Then the best thing that can happen to a business and a father occurred: my son wanted to join my operation and work together with me.

After my son, Billy Martin III (B3), graduated from Chico State with a degree in Business Finance and decided he wanted to move to Portland, we saw the same opportunity from two different angles. I had spent years watching as an enterprise technology and security leader and was actively deploying AI in my day job with real purpose, while that same capability sat just out of reach for the small businesses around us. He had the drive and the knowledge to get out there and put it in your hands. So we turned the workshop into a company.

He runs the front of the house: your discovery call, your proposal, and your day-to-day relationship with our company. If there is a problem, I may be the one applying AI and automation to resolve it, but he is the one who answers your call, owns the outcome, and sees it through until it’s made right. I may be the founder, but my son is the face of Eagle Point Publishing, LLC and I couldn’t be prouder. I’m still fully engaged in my day job while also running the back of the house automation and orchestrations that make it work.

That’s why there’s no junior account manager here, and never will be. When you work with Eagle Point, you’re working with a father and son whose name is on the door, a family that builds what it sells and stands behind what it builds.

What We Do

Productized services, designed and run end-to-end by our team.

Six services for small and medium businesses. Three work the leads you already get, three make sure new customers can find you. Designed, configured, and operated for you.

Why We Exist

So Main Street doesn’t get left behind in the AI transition.

Mainstream AI at the enterprise level is being used with purpose. That capability is now filtering down to small and medium-sized businesses. The ones that implement AI-enabled automation well will have measurable advantages over the ones that don’t.

We started Eagle Point Publishing so small businesses across the Northwest don’t get left behind in that transition. Affordable AI-enabled automation built for a Main Street budget. Real ROI.

What Matters To Us

AI supplements your team, it doesn’t replace them

We’re not selling a digital robot so you can fire your front-of-house staff. We’re selling automation tools that make you and your team look better, respond faster, and reach more of the customers already searching for you.

What Matters To Us

Local first

We live here. We know the neighborhoods, the parking realities, the potholes, the beauty of a sunny spring Saturday when the cherry trees are blossoming. You’re our neighbor, your business is your livelihood, and we treat it like it is.
