Information we collect
We collect basic website and support-contact information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number (if you call or text us), and the contents of messages you send us. Our hosting and analytics providers also receive standard request metadata (IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, pages visited) for the limited purposes described below.
How we use information
- To answer inquiries and provide customer support.
- To deliver, operate, and improve our website and digital products.
- To process orders and fulfill purchases made through our store or third-party platforms.
- To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, distribute products, process payments, provide support, or comply with law. Those providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
Third-party services
Our website and products may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, app stores, analytics tools, email providers, and payment processors. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
Data our business customers provide
Some of our services, such as Lead Reactivation, Speed to Lead, and Inbound Voice Agents, involve a business customer providing us with contact information about its own customers and leads, for example names, phone numbers, email addresses, and general service history. When that happens, we act as a service provider to that business. We use the information only to deliver the service the business hired us for. We do not sell it, we do not add it to our own marketing lists, and we never use one customer’s data for the benefit of another.
We are not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate, and our services are not designed to receive protected health information. We instruct every business customer, including healthcare-adjacent businesses such as dental and medical practices, not to send us medical, treatment, or health-related details about any individual. Contact lists must be limited to basic contact information and general service history. Even so, we treat every customer-provided list as confidential business information and protect it accordingly.
When an engagement ends, or earlier on request, we delete the contact data the business provided, except for records we are required to keep for legal or accounting purposes. If you believe a business gave us your contact information and you want it removed, email privacy@eaglepointpublishing.com and we will pass the request to the business and honor it in our own systems.
Call recording and transcription
Calls placed to or from Eagle Point Publishing and Eagle Point Publishing’s AI receptionist or AI outbound services are recorded and transcribed for quality, training, service delivery, and follow-up purposes. The AI announces this at the start of every call: “This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes.” Continuing the call after that disclosure constitutes consent under both one-party and all-party consent jurisdictions (including Oregon, California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Washington, and other states with all-party consent requirements).
If at any point during a call you do not consent to recording, you may say so. Our AI will acknowledge the request, flag the call for immediate post-call deletion of the recording and transcript, and continue the conversation so you still get the help you called for. You may also email us at privacy@eaglepointpublishing.com to request that any specific recording or transcript be deleted from our records.
What we keep: the recorded audio file, an automatically generated text transcript, the caller’s phone number, the call timestamp and duration, and any structured outcomes captured during the call (such as appointment requests or message contents). What we do not keep: credit card numbers, social security numbers, or medical information. Our AI is configured to refuse capturing those verbally and to redirect callers to a secure form.
Retention: call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 24 months for service-quality and dispute-resolution purposes, then automatically deleted. Customers and prospects can request earlier deletion at any time.
Access: recordings and transcripts are accessible only to Eagle Point Publishing personnel and to the business customer whose service the call was placed for (for example, a tenant business whose AI receptionist took the call). We do not sell, rent, or share recordings or transcripts with third parties for marketing.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide verbal consent during a phone call with Eagle Point Publishing (including calls handled by our AI receptionist at +1 (971) 451-3201), we may send you SMS text messages containing links, call or appointment summaries, or follow-up information you requested during that call. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS delivery is operated via Twilio; message content is logged in our internal call records along with the associated call transcript.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@eaglepointpublishing.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and will verify your identity before releasing any information.
